Our aim, among others, is to use our website to sell and deliver our jewelry. This privacy policy applies to handling the individual users’ orders and questions through our website https://jnglsntmssv.com.

JNGLSNTMSSV collects your contact details - name, surname, e-mail address, address and phone number.

We will use the personal information users provide to enable us to deliver the products and provide customer service.

The lawful basis for the processing of personal data is fulfillment of the contract.

Direct marketing

We will not send you e-mails for direct marketing purposes. We only use your e-mail address to send an order confirmation e-mail and invoice.

Recipients with whom personal data may be shared

Any data you provide will not be publicly displayed or shared to other users. We provide your personal data to Maksekeskus AS who provides payment intermediation services and Omniva AS, and DPD Eesti AS who provide the delivery service.

Certain JNGLSNTMSSV employees have access to personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of their work duties.

The sharing of personal data to authorized processors is regulated by agreements between JNGLSNTMSSV and said processors by which authorized processors are obligated to ensure at least the save level of personal data protection as JNGLSNTMSSV.

Data subject’s rights

Right to access - any user may get information regarding his/her personal data.

Right to data portability. Any user has the right to receive their personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to independently transmit those data to a third party, in case our processing is based on user’s consent or fulfilling the contract and carried out by automated means.

Right to erasure. Any user has the right to have personal data we process about the user erased from our systems if the personal data are no longer necessary for the related purposes.

To exercise any of the abovementioned rights, the user should contact JNGLSNTMSSV support. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded.

Data retention

We do not store the personal data for longer than is necessary for providing our service. Typically, we store users’ personal data for as long as the user has received the product or for as long as we have another purpose to do so. We erase personal data after the above described storage period or when the user requests us to erase his/her personal data. In the event of a dispute, the personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires. The personal data is stored in secure servers in the European Union.

We may update this privacy policy at any time if required in order to reflect changes in our data processing practices, in personal data protection laws or otherwise.
